Who are we?
We, the company, are Executive Solutions Consultancy Ltd, whose registered office is at Northover House, 132a Bournemouth House, Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 3AL. The company consists of one individual, Mark Cooper, a management consultant.
What information do we collect?
We collect the reply to the contact form questions – in other words your name and your email address. This is so that we are able to respond to your enquiry. By filling in the contact form, you are agreeing for us to contact you in relation to your enquiry. We will never contact you for any other reason unless you become a client of ours.
How long do we keep your data?
We will keep your email address, name and number on our systems whilst you are a client of ours. If you simply make an enquiry and do not become a client, we keep our emails for a year and then they are deleted.
How do we store and look after this information and protect it?
We do not specifically store this data anywhere on any of our systems – in databases, or on the website. The only way that we retain your name and email address is via our email program on our computers and phones so that we are able to communicate with you.
Our computers and phones which are used for emails are protected by facial recognition security software.
