Mark has been running his business since January 2000, and has been involved in more than 30 assignments to date. He is an acknowledged Turnaround / Transformation specialist delivering value across the full supply chain operation to enable dramatic growth and revenue generation. Expertise is proven in the FMCG Industry.

Extensive assignments have ranged from board level positions, both MD and Operations/Supply Chain Director, to Site Director/General Manager. Results have been delivered in both branded and own label businesses, those with complex operations, and markets including ambient, chilled and frozen, fast-moving consumer goods.

Mark is also an experienced coach and mentor, with recent experience ranging from developing executives in a mid-sized SME, to assisting with developing a business strategy in a small owner-run niche food business.
